I just realized that this card is running at around 1975 mhz. That's way over the ASUS 1835 MHz rated Boost Clock. I have done everything I can to figure out why this is. Uninstalled all kinds of software ( AI Suite, GPU Tweak, etc) even reinstalled the drivers. Nothing helps. I wouldn't care but it is running kind of hot 70°C + and games sometimes crash. I recently upgraded to a Z390 Board. Not sure if that is when it happened. Is this not abnormal?

The Strix has one of the best coolers on the market, gpu boost 3.0 will boost past the rated clock speed as long as temps are in check and the power limit is not hit.

You should be able to stay below 70c with an aggressive fan curve even though 70c is perfectly fine.
