Asus ROG Crosshair VII Panel port connections

For a newbie, can someone with a Crosshair VII please tell me where on the Motherboard do the following connections go:
See the attached (This is the PCB Ports diagram on Be Quiet! Dark Base Pro 900 Rev. 2 Case):
A - PWM to the Motherboard

C - LED connector to the Motherboard

I assume the SATA connection is directly to any of the SATA connectors. The manual seems to be light on installation instructions!

pwm connector to any pwn fan header on motherboard and led connector to RGB connector on board 12v according to manual so no ARGB header from what it looks like to me. Just dont forget the sata power connector to the be quiet hub
