Routerpassword too long need help PLEASE!

i set up my AX11000 and at the router Acoutname and password i selected a pretty long password(like i usualy do) but now when i try to log in the characterslimit for the loginpassword was 4 characters too short to fit the password THAT I CHOOSE IN THE SETUP(klickt at "see password" so that i can check and the whole password was displayed and it did)! WHAT DO I DO? is it a bug?

I would reset the router and use a shorter password.
