I recently built a new system, everything loaded and system was operational but I noticed the Fan for the GPU wasn't working, RMA it back to EVGA and received a replacement, now the system wont boot up and the QLed light is on for the VGA - No output to monitor through graphics card and no output through the on-board video HDMI....Any idea for a fix?
