[HELP] Overclocking 9900K on Maximus X Hero

So I’m trying to OC my 9900K on Maximus X Hero but I face some difficulties. Even though I manage to pass Intel Burn Test with 10 Loop at Very High with 1.24V @ 5GHz I’m getting BSODs on RealBench. Any ideas why/what should I try next?

I just put 50 on the multiplier, 1.24V Manual volt and lift any power limit. And of course enabled XMP and Disabled C-States*

So as of I now I’m still not able to pass RealBench at 1.24, 1.26V Stress Test but I’m able to pass IBT.
I tried 1.29 and 1.28 Volt and had no trouble passing RealBench but VRM Temp sensor in HWINFO64 peaked at 101C.

I also tried 4.9 @ 1.24V both tests passed and also I had both tests successfully passed with 4.9 @ 1.20V so far.

I will try even lower see where it lands. But why I pass IBT @ 1.24 and getting BSODs at RealBench in the first few seconds at 5G @ 1.24V?*

IBT basically stresses the CPU and not much else.

RB is more realistic in that it stresses the entire system: CPU, graphic card, and memory.

Ensure you test with none AVX loads as well, and make use of an AVX offset for the tasks that would need it. Gaming etc does not need AVX thus you can get higher clocks for that vs rendering that does need AVX.
