I would suggest you download a fresh BIOS file and flash BIOS flashback method after clearing CMOS (power diconnected from board)

There is no voltage unlock AFAIK

If your CPU is Haswell E...I would suggest last of the 2xxx Bios

The EZ plug at the bottom of the board is for multiple GPUs this has nothing to do with 8 and 4 pin EATX

Also check the CMOS battery is functioning

@Arne Saknussemm Thanks for your answer, I have updated the bios to 3801 the last one stable. The only newest is a beta version so Im not sure should I try this one.
When Im running the system with the modules in slots A1, B1, C1 (12GB) it actualy works perfectly fine, starts with no hiccups but soon I plug the memory module to D1 its getting bazoork. Not starting at all please see video:

    https://youtu.be/Xxzykmr9jOo

It does shows that D1 is damaged but is this even possible? It doesnt matter if i will put any other module there. Suddenly without warning just happened?
One more thing as I did not understood, can I modify these voltages or not? If yes which option should I change to be able to modify the voltage? Perhaps this could bring this slot back to live?
