Hi all!
The included RGB lights on my X470 Prime are no longer turning on. I have had this board for 9-10 months. AURA is not detecting my board.
What I have tried:
- I have tried restarting my system multiple times and installing multiple versions of AURA. Currently, my BIOS Version is 4207 and my AURA Version is 1.07.51.
- In my BIOS AURA is set to ON and ERP is set to disabled (I have tried turning both off and off in different combinations)
- I have turned off the PSU and on multiple times.
- I tried the AURA FIRMWARE REFLASH/RECOVERY TOOL, but it reports no devices found.
- I tried different BIOS versions.
- I tried reseating the 24pin connector
What I've noticed:
- When I flick the power switch on my PSU to off and leave it for a while then come back and flip it back on the lights faintly flash for a split second.
- My BIOS my LED EC1 Version is blank
- I get "bios is updating led firmware" randomly on some restarts.
- The RGB stopped working after I installed a H150i, but it booted up properly a couple times before the rgb on the motherboard stopped working.
