Hi, my name is Kamarul.

any body facing this problem? how to solve? did my ram problem?
oh ya, this is new build dekstop PC..
Motherboard, ram, processor are new..everything are new except GPU..

Prob symptom : Light use, watch youtube using chrome and suddenly screen freeze,, and black screen happen, Yellow LED on board are flashing.. this is the 4th time the problem occurred.


i thought that because of my ram frequency.. and yes, i did change to DOCP standard to 3200mhz and screen freeze still happen.. i change AI tweak to auto (2400mhz) and the problem still happen..

how to solve this problem?

pc spec :

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 2600 ( Stock amd Cooler )
PSU : Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W
motherbard : ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

Ram :HyperX
16GB (8GB 1G x 64-Bit x 2 pcs.)
DDR4-3200 CL16 288-Pin DIMM Kit
(HX432C16PB3AK2/16)

GPU : Sapphire HD 7770 1gb ( from my previous pc, will buy new later )

Storage :
1) Corsair MP510 240GB ( windows 10 Boot)
2) WD Blue 500gb HDD
3) WD Black 1TB HDD

thanks!.. now i swap ram position, and reseat the ram properly in the sockets, docp 3200mhz..currently freeze did not occur.. will update later if screen freeze still happen..
