Good day. I wanna share my problem regarding Armoury Crate and ROG Gladius II Wireless mouse.
Firstly, my laptop's specs:
Asus ROG Strix Scar II GL704GW
CPU: i7 8750H
GPU: RTX 2070
RAM: 32GB
Storage: 1TB SSD and 1TB SSHD
OS: Windows 10
Armoury Crate Version: 1.4.1
Mouse Involved: ROG Gladius II Wireless
Firmware version: 2.24.28
Now, to my problem.
It seems that Aura Sync messes with my mouse's responsiveness (left, right mouse button, middle mouse button and scroll wheel).
The problem seems to go away if i disable Aura Sync or if I am on Wired mode. I enjoy the Aura Effect Music, together with my laptop and my mouse. And also, I bought the mouse just to enjoy the wireless feature, so I hope there's a work around regarding this.
I have already reinstalled Armoury Crate, downloaded the software from Microsoft Store, updated the firmware on my mouse but still the problem persists.
