Replacing my R6E (i9-7900X) with the ASUS ROG Dominus Extreme (Xeon W-3175X)
I feel ASUS is disreputable and choose to replace my posts in this thread since I cannot delete them or this thread.

Think I'd change the cooling string to run cooler water to the res and pump.
From this: Res->Pump->Rad->CPU->VRM->Rad->GPU->Rad->GPU->Res
To this: Res->Pump->CPU->VRM->Rad->GPU->Rad->GPU->Rad->Res
Think Phantek and Corsair 1000D are dual PSU.

Loop order is irrelevant outside of Res before pumps, with decent flow, so just plan for most efficient use of tubing...

I'm probably not well
but after checking your components I think I "need" this board and processor. Do you know if they learned from their mistakes with the VROC on R6E (where only some specific Intel SSDs with adaptors U.2-M.2 and a mile of messy cables allowed the solution to work).
Somehow this seems to be the ultimate "workstation" that allows for some gaming. I myself would not run SLI. Somehow the glitter has really fallen of that piece of "technology". One fast Titan-card would fit better with your build.
