Sonic_Studio_III Stopping a program from opening

When installing the Sonic studio 3 it stops an emulator called Kega Fusion from even opening, il see it sit in my task manager but theres no window popping up at all.

its 100% this program thats causing this issue.
If i install the ASUS_Sonic_Studio_III_HDA_v3.6.42.51937 issue occurs, if i uninstall issue goes away

I need the sonic studio for the audio balance options otherwise audio is all over the place being either way to loud or way to soft.
Really dont know what i can do to fix this

I done some further tests and this one is really strange

I uninstalled all HDA drivers etc
then installed the UAD version and then installed sonic studio 3 on uwp (win 10 store which i hate)

and it seems that i can now open the emulator perfectly

Im wondering how on earth the sonic studio 3 isnt causing issues by using uwp version over the bugged version that i had before for the HDA version
