I don't seem to be able to get over this issue,

My RAID-0 will always fail after every BIOS update ... and yes, i do set the SATA to RAID after the first most restart .. still ends up with a failed array ...

My SSDs are Crucial M4 - 120GB

That is really strange I have two Raid 0 arrays on the Intel controller and both are fine after every Bios flash.

After the flash, do you hit optimized system defaluts when you first get in bios or do you go straight for raid?

I have used two M4's as well, only thing I do different is as soon as I enter bios after flash I load defaults and then turn on raid.
