Rampage VI Extreme Temperature Sensor Location and PCH

When using HWiNFO it reads thermals from the Nuvoton NCT6796D on the Rampage board.

This is the readout.

Do you guys know what Temp 2-5 are? Location?
Also, is it relevant to keep the PCH-temperature at a certain level?

Well if your running M.2 cards through PCH I would worry more about their temps. They throttle when they get hot. They need heat sinks and good air flow in the case.

Well, only one M.2 drive (rest of them are PCI-e and U.2...). The Samsung 960 Pro which I placed below the plastic on the motherboard.
Temperatures look okay except from the maximum on temp 2 (memory controller).

I can't see myself switching it two the dimm.2 since it would require too much hassle. Maybe just disable and let it rest. 😕
