I recently up graded my rig to an ASUS XI Hero motherboard, 9700K I7 processor, and a Samsung M.2 SSD drive. I have started everything off with default settings and have loaded all the drives and installed the most recent BIOS but my ethernet connection is showing a fraction of what my previous setup did. The light on the ethernet port show a gigabit connection but I am consistently getting 17 bps on the download and 2.3Mbps on the upload on a 200/200 connection. I have checked that my other computers get the full bandwidth so the issue is with the motherboard and not my internet connection.
