Is this the right place to ask for tech help? Asus is not helpful.

My GL504GM's FN keys are not working, right out of the box. Well FN+F1, and FN+F9 work, the others don't.
Livechat had me reinstall the ATK driver. (has always worked to fix this on other asus laptops for me). Then they wanted me to do a system restore when the driver didn't fix the issue.

I just received this laptop as a replacement for a ROG Strix GL502VM that they couldn't fix. But It took from the end of December until yesterday to finally get it resolved. Over four months of getting the laptop back from asus, and then immediately sending it back to them.

I just finished de-bloating windows and installing programs and I don't want to do a system restore.
