Why high voltage performance?

bios default !!!

aida 64 stress test-100 degrees + trotling. load voltage 1.45v

If you do not want to overclock, it would be better:
AI Overclock Tuner = Manual;
Asus MultiCore Enhancement = disable;
SVID Behavior = best case;
External Digi+Power Control:
CPU load-Line Calibration=default;
CPU Power Phase Control=standard.

first of all - in bios hit F6 to load defaults. Then post screens from Extreme Tweaker *section and then from CPU-Z during Aida stress test. And... disable Multicore Enhancement to use intel default boost.
What cooler do you own?*
