My CPU (i7 8750h) usage on most games, reaches 100%, making temperature go to 95-97 degrees, I tried to reduce the clock speed to 3.5Ghz to reduce temperature, it helps but then my cpu clock is always locked to 3.5 even idling.
It's a hexa core processor, I dunno if its suppose to use 100% in games like star wars battlefront 2, hitman 2016 etc, I have seen people videos on youtube with same specs with like 36-55% usage on these games, am I missing something here.
