Failed build?

Hi there,
I am new here and this is my first contribution/question.

I have the following build.

Hero Maximus XI
Intel i7 9700k (cooled by a 360mm Silent loop)
ROG Strix 1080 Ti*
32 GB Trident Z, GSkill
M.2 Samsung Evo 960 SSD (os win 10 pro)
Samsung Evo 860 SSD
750w
*
I am not able to get it sable, not even with standard settings.
I can assure you there is no issue with the hardware, as the parts have been tested individually.

At the start I used AI suite 3 for some time to let it OC by itself, which worked for about a month...*
As i get more and more blue screens, stating the Error WEAH_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.
I started with step by step reducing the automated OC.
I am now back on default settings, have the struggle to even access the computer..*

Looks like the Auto OC has messed up you windows install itself. I would reinstall the windows and manually overclock the system.
