User account problem with notifications on ROG forum

Sorry, I didn't find a dedicaated thread or support link...
I have a minor problem with my account constanlty reporting 1 Unread PM even though it's not and I've deleted all Inbox and Outbox folders.
Can a moderator help me and fix it?

I think it's not really a bug, you've probably got reputation points from other ROGers, look here then the PM notification should disappear : https://rog.asus.com/forum/usercp.php
