(PG27UQ)Black pixelated background issues

Hi, I do not know how how to explain this in a clear way due to the fact that ive been experiencing this issue since a long time, or if there is no issue at all and its just me who is begining to be very severe in term of picture quality with THIS monitor.

I contacted the technical support, i RMAed my monitor, i received this brand new monitor(which is the one im actually using). And the issue is still there.

To begin, i would like to say that when i was using my older PG27UQ i compared it side-to-side with a cheap 4k tv of a friend. And we noticed that the blacks and grays of his tv were just fine but on the older PG27UQ...something was wrong....atleast it looked wrong COMPARED to the picture quality of the tv!

Before i tested with the tv of my friend, i did some test on my own computer such as, changing the dp1.4 cable for a hdmi(4k obviously) cable or changing the monitor settings or even changing resolution or changing from discret gpu(2080ti) to integrated gpu(i9-9900k) and i even tried formating my ssd in case there was some sort of bug or output color format or ouput dynamic range.....and NONE of those attempt changed anything!

So i took some screenshots with my samsung galaxy s8 of how the picture looked from ITUNE and NETFLIX and to be sure i even bought the bluray version(i use cyberlink powerdvd 17) and its after i saw that even the bluray version had the same issues that i was beginning to wonder if i was becoming to severe with my PG27UQ....but......who wouldnt have high expectations with a monitor that cost around 2000$ !?!?!?!?! And the only excusable reason i found is that its a built-for-GAMING monitor, not a built-for-MOVIES monitor.

So the pictures i took are from the tv show The flash season 2 episode 7 because the worst scenes are in this episode. Not all scenes or movies look that bad. And last detail that just crossed my mind, im using a 4k ultra hd pioneer drive.

I will post the screenshots in the next post because im having a bug right now.

No way that PG27UQ is only for games. Yes it's primary gaming monitor with crazy performance.
But picture should be amazing even in games. Something is wrong. Simply people would not accept such picture.

Did you had that from first day or later show up.
You should download some movie from torrent UHD BluRay 4K.
They are big 12-14-20GB, but picture should be amazing.
Example Avenger Infinity or similar....

That monitor have 3 most important for me performance.
4K - 3840x2160p
gaming on more than 100+fps
HDR
Gsync and fact that it's 144Hz are only extra content and very welcomed.
But first 3 are crazy. 27" 2160p is like AA x8. You don't need AA at all.

Even with one GPU all of us play sometimes games where 120fps is possible. Example Left 4 Dead 2.
I could imagine on him.
Monitor have very good customer experience on Newegg, I doubt someone would look movies like that.
Even on mine 1080p monitor picture is not like that when I look 720p or 480p.

Next step from ASUS is 32" same performance.
