Rog strix b450-f motherboard - power warning !?!?

Greetings! I just assembled a new box -

ASUS - ROG STRIX B450-F MOBO
AMD - RYZEN 2 2700X 3.7 GHZ 8-core processor
64GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 3200 C16 RAM
WESTERN DIGITAL - BLUE 1TB M.2-2280 SSD
ASUS - GEFORCE RTX750 8GB VIDEO CARD
MS WINDOWS 10 PROFESSIONAL

Have it housed in a Cooler Master - Masterbox MB511 RGB ATX Mid-Tower.

went to fire it up for the 1st time and in the lower left corner I get a - "Warning! +12 voltage 3.357 V " error message
everything seems to work correctly, I have never seen this one before - anyone have an idea as to where I should look
to begin my trouble shooting?
