Is the casing CPU back-plate and motherboard CPU in alignment for CPU cooler?

I'm intending on building a rig with a Asus Strix X299 - XE main board:

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/ASUS-Strix-...r=8-1-fkmrnull

I've got my eye on this mid-tower by Corsair:

    https://www.overclockers.co.uk/corsa...ca-196-cs.html

    Seems ok?

If you look at the 'sidewards' photos of both the board and the tower case, it doesn't quite look like the rectangular 'gap' reserved for the CPU on the tower back-plate aligns correctly with the position of the CPU on the motherboard? Isn't this important so that the CPU cooler base-plate will fit on the underside of motherboard and also the mounting bracket to fasten the CPU cooler to the motherboard via its underside?

    This video:

from 4 mins, 25 seconds, shows what I mean.

Is there a risk of misalignment?

Is there a way to check for sure if the mid-tower back-plate will align correctly with where CPU is on the motherboard?

Cpu cooler backplate and Pc case hole wont matter as the cooler backplate is made to fit the back of the motherboard and still have clearance between it and the motherboard mount. Thats why there are standoffs on the motherboard mount in the case. You would install it prior to putting in case as the mounting of the cooler will not work once motherboard is installed from what I can see.

Thanks, I didn't realise there was a space between m/b and 'backplate' of casing.
