PG27UQ full screen color cycling at boot??

So I've had my PG27UQ for about 2 months. Love the monitor but HDR seems to be a real finicky technology. Somtimes the HDR is on somtimes its washed out and I have to turn the monitor on and off again etc.
However this morning when I went to turn my PC on, when I turned the monitor on, rather than the usual black boot screen followed by the ROG splash screen, it's now cycling through full screen, red, green, blue and white. It does through the entire boot then everything seems fine and it goes to my desktop.
Not a big deal I guess unless this is some sign of degradation?
    Any clues or suggestions?

I had this on a 2k monitor from asus. This is a debug/test mode the used to find ect dead pixels and other screen problems. I guess you switched it on somehow.
Try google how to switch of debug/test mode for ur monitor
