Ok to install Intel XTU from Intel? Newer Version from Intel

My Asus Prime Deluxe II offers the Intel XTU app on Asus' driver page, but there's a newer version from Intel. Any reason why I should use one or the other in this specific case?

Thanks in advance for any advice/info.

Here is the latest (there is no technical reason to use the one proposed by ASUS) : https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24075

i do know that the intel xtu from ASUS is customized, hence if there are no upsides for such customization, then i dont see a problem.. i personally do not install any generic driver/software from other vendors than ASUS offered ones (even if newer) due to obvious testing, signups and customization.
