    Yes, I think so. I purchased this RAM as brand new with factory seals. There is one strange thing with this sticks, at the back of the box serial numbers are 18413466345 and 18413466346. On RAM I noticed there are some extra stickers (with same SN as on the box) on top of these with holo, I removed them and there are different SN numbers under - 18100627853 and 18100627854. I don't know if it's normal, never seen anything like this before. So I compared these serials on G.Skill site and only thing that is different is date: 18413466345/6 are from 2018/10/12 and 18100627853/4 are from 2018/03/08.

    Luckily I own other RAM (Trident Z RGB 2x 16GB 3600 CL17), it's not on Asus QVL list and it's tricky to get them to work even in Mode 1 but they run with no problem at 3400 16-16-16-36 or 3200 15-15-15-35.
