the WINDOWS 1903 is doing fine. using oem drivers, in my case the code xi, have the audio issue that has to use post last know UAD drvier, and runs perfect. OEM WIFI and BT doing fine. and MEI,Chipset also stable. The Ai Suite 51 and Aura 1.07.60 is stable with any issues (aura need to be revise on the functions since still persist know issues on how light behave) I did a clean install in my case. so far so good. Some usb headphones on restart does not detect sometimes or make errors, like the hyper x cloud revolver. I can not test more for the moment. I am managing to get the aio for other apps to test. the windows is nice

Has anyone else found that after this update the CPU no longer enters a low power state?

My ITX rig (19-9900kf, ROG Z390I Gaming) is constantly sitting on its standard "turbo" clock of 5GHzish. Minimum CPU power on the power plan is set to 5%, and at idle CPU usage is about 1-2% yet it never drops into low power mode. So I have fan noise. I hate fan noise.

Edit: fixed, you now seem to need to select the "balanced" power settings in windows, High performance seems to keep the CPU at full speed, even in the minimum CPU state is set to 5%
