Cant See my M2 Drive

LoveToDie

I just put in a ROG Extreme Alpha board and 2920 Ryzen. Install was painless except for the M2 drive Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB M.2 SATA Internal SSD (MZ-N6E1T0BW). I updated bios. I installed the DIMM 2 card that came with the motherboard. I even installed Magician which also cannot see the M2 drive.

I searched the web to see how I'm suppose to set up the bios but all of those youtube videos are 4 years old and no longer apply. I'm not using it in a raid format. I just plugged it into the M2 slot under the cover. Bios cannot see it either.

My plan is just to use it as a game SSD. Not a Windows C: drive. When I go into Win10 Device manager it cannot see it either.

Any suggestions or links to help me fix it?

Command Promt, Run As Administrator
diskpart Enter
List Disk Enter

And maybe you could see him on list of disk.
You will recognize him by size.

If not you need to ask people with your board chipset or find information on net...
That's very old platform.
