Recently upgraded my rig to a Maximus XI Formula and i9-9900K CPU and have a 5GHz OC Profile with XMP set up in BIOS. When I power on the machine for the first time it never loads into Windows but everything powers up inside the rig. I always need to soft power off using the case on/off button and then on a second attempt it loads in to Windows 10 absolutely fine. The other thing I have noticed is that I often get one peripheral (nearly always the Corsair USB mouse) not lighting up and working in Windows. Again a reset seems to fix this. Any ideas? Is this a USB issue causing all the boot up issues here?
