Thanks for the informnation sir .
Today downloaded sam Hotfix Driver Version 430.97 and i successfully installed on top of 430.86 without problems on ASUS VIVOBOOK 15 R542UQ-DM153 wth bios x542UQ.307 on windows 10 1903 64bit buildno 18362.116

All installed games are working fine
Intel i5 7200U_ Nvidia 940MX _Windows_11_Enterprise_64bit_22H2_buildno_22621.754

There's nothing in the hotfix for me, I'm going to skip this one.

raju2529 - Good to hear all is working well.

When installing a new Nvidia driver, you can do a Custom (Advanced) Install. After the license agreement click Custom (Advanced), here you can check the box that says perform a clean installation and it will remove the previous driver.

I do this instead of installing on top of the old driver.

I could not able to install uisng setup.exe , instead i install usng .inf file through device manager .
I install only DCH whql signed drivers from intel and Nvidia directly.
I dont check in asus website
