My GPU fans keep throttling even after I set the fan curves to manual. If I pick the gaming preset, once the fan goes around 68c - 70c fan would go max speed then low then max speed again. Only way to not hear and get bothered by the fan is if I use the silent preset. I have done clean installs and issue still persist. Is this normal or should I RMA now? I can easily RMA the GPU since I bought in store insurance for instant RMA and they will give me a replacement on the spot. This is going to be my second RMA since the first one died in just 2 weeks.
