Temperature and overclocking aid I7 8700K Delid - HELP

Hi everyone I wanted help on the overclocking of my 8700K delid + Maximus XI Extreme + KRAKEN X62. I have already verified that at 5.2 ghz we get stable with 1.376v. Unfortunately in my house there are already 27 degrees and the temperatures have gone up a lot (even 78 degrees with cinebench and 80 with IBT). VI place the settings of the 5.2 ghz bios, what can I change? Are the temperatures for a delid cpu too high? I ask you for a hand because I'm afraid of doing damage.

What can I improve to lower temperatures?

here is a test with cinebench:

80582

and a game hour with Metro Exodus:

80583

The kraken pump speed is set to maximum and the fans are around 80% with a custom curve.
Would you please help me fix lóverclock and tell me if the temperatures for a delid CPU are good or risk something? Thanks a lot!

Well since you are stable change: The CPU VCCIO Voltage and CPU System Agent Voltage could help with thermals.
This guide I have written with an 8086k and those are my settings.

Your temps look right for the speed and voltage you are running under full load. I like the idea above of trying to lower your SA and VC voltages. Those tend to default too high. Might be some temp savings there. If you could notch down vcore even .005 and still run 5.2 it might be worth it. 1.37v is on the high end of safe voltage and really pushes the push the temps.

But are they also good temperatures for a cpu delid or should they be lower?
