Don't bother with those microcode updates. No one is gonna target a random guy's laptop. Not worth the effort for them unless you're running a huge cloud server or something like that on your laptop, and I bet that's not the case. Also, not a single exploit is known to exist in the wild taking advantage of those vulnerabilities. I disabled them all via windows registry and I'll disable all future patches that may cause performance loss, even if it's a 1% difference.
