kabylake pci express root port #10 - a2b1 problem: URGENT!

Hi, I'm sorry for the urgenty but I have a lot of problems with my PC (blue screen) and I don't know if the problem is "kabylake pci express root port #10 - a2b1" driver. I atach the pic of Device management. I tried to install it even manually choosing from my PC driver but I get error.
How can I solve it please?

I have: i9 7940X, Prime X299-Deluxe and GTX 1080Ti
I installed the latest versions of everything and I did the latest Windows 10 update, that very eavy update but I have always that problem.
I have a lot of problems with Edius 9 and blue screens.

Reinstall intel latest chiset driver 10.1.1.45 from this website

Moreover i seen screenshot , you installed incorrect and modded driver , actually kabylake name wont be displayed device manager

then restart the windows

Hey, thanks a lot for your precious info. But why are you telling me I have installed a wrong chiset driver? I downloaded it from Asus Prime X299-Deluxe web site.
But I will install that you suggested me but I don't know what I have to do precisely to install it. But how can I do precisely plese? There isn't a Setup. Thanks
