I know the laptop has a Genesys Logic USB 3.0 Card Reader, but somehow, the device has just stopped showing up in the device manager. It was always something that kind of never really worked properly, but I used to have some luck with uninstalling the device and then reinstalling some driver I found online, but now I can't find the device at all to do this.
I've tried plugging in all kinds of cards to no avail. I'm on Windows 10 (1803). Any ideas on what I could do to sort things out?
