Lol i understand your mindset to go to asus from Mac.. unfortunately you picked the worse X399 motherboard, with the worse TR/AMD bios out there.
Asus don't care about AM4 and maybe they have one developer to work on TR4.

I suggest to move to MSI and start reading commuinity forums outside official one. If you still have a chance return back your board and run away from Asus.

Ai Overclock Tuner [Manual]
BCLK Frequency [100.0000]

Set as above as allows me to play with BCLK if I wish to.

Spread Spectrum [Disabled]

Set above as disabled then BCLK is not varied for EMI regulations. I also do the same for below setting found within Digi+ menu.

VRM Spread Spectrum [Disabled]

To keep tCTL (ie CPU temperature) to have no skewing I would set:-

Overclocking Enhancement [Disabled]

And on Tweakers Paradise:-

Sense MI Skew [Disabled]

I have noted on ASUS AM4/SP3r2 boards when we OC if below setting is left on [Auto] it can increase when not needed.

CPU 3.3v AUX [3.30000]

Below I have attached base profile, 3400MHz C15 1T and 3400MHz C14 1T compare the txts using say WinMerge to see the differences easily.

I setup a base profile as having all the basic setup I'd want, then I build on it to have my RAM OC, etc. Some of the settings like same RAM voltage/timings/PMU training maybe specific to my setup, a lot in the base profile is just stock settings manually set.
