On Bios 1201 the motherboard no longer sees my HighPoint-RAID SSD7102. Moreover SSD7102 connected with graphics not even started when the start (burned the white led on the motherboard). I had to go back to Bios 0905. Sorry for my English.

Latest and greatest firmware 1201 for WS X299 SAGE broke Hyper-V. I had to go back to 0905 to get it working.

All good. I even can observe a 2% performance increase (Linpack).
Bug's detected so far (WS X299 PRO):
Serial Port cannot be disabled.
Under Advanced\Onboard Configuration\Serial Port Configuration, when set to Off, it's still showing under "Ports" in Windows Device Manager.
NVMe devices inversed order
Under Windows, NVMe drives are somehow mismatched. M.2_1 (Location 12) is displayed as Disk 1 and M.2_2 (Location 24) as Disk 0.
Both bugs have been present from BIOS 0905 (my initial BIOS).
Not that it bothers me much, but still.
