Rog Strix Flare problem Or Rog Armoury II problem

i Wanna use a macro on the rog strix flare i make it i save it [ i can't change the macro settings from "record delay" to "no delay" or from "play once" to "toggle" every time i sellect them and click ok and come back to the settings they go back to "record delay" and "play once"] and when i sellect the key that i wanna use with that macro and save it my keyboard shut down the personal profile reset to the default one and the macro don't work.
