Strix RTX 2080 fan noise?
I recently bought a Strix RTX 2080 O8G and I’ve noticed some fan problems.
When gaming or video editing the fans will ramp up and down continuously making a weird noise.

Run the fans at 100% and see if it gets worse.

If I run the fans at 100% there's no ramping but the fans are really loud.
