It looks like we can reply now. Is it still failing intermittently?

Still failing. I had to post twice above because I couldn't edit the first post. Kept getting access denied to edit it.

I received the following response from CEO Office:

And I tried to reply to the access denial thread but guess what - ACCESS DENIED, I can't reply to it.

Ya same chick.. I did this for 2 issues. XI Apex not in the USA and ROG Matrix 2080 ti marketing screwup.. you will never be able to send them anything in regards to your question again and you will get a response several weeks later.

OH forgot to add the responded after the release the Matrix in the US and never responded to the question around Maximus XI Apex not being sold in the USA

Yeah, where are the admins and mods because the forums really need a major clean up, and old threads from 1 year ago and later need to be deleted unless it's a guide of some sort, that way the forums will look more active and moderated to some degree.

I assume they have abandoned this forum. This is the most unacceptable mismanagement of a forum I have seen in many many years.

Deleting old discussions is counter productive. People use them for reference, even years later. If you find something that is actually wrong send it to me with links proving it's wrong and I'll delete it or clean it up as necessary.

As for the current forum issues, I don't have any control over those. I'm a volunteer with no other connection to ASUS beyond being a customer. As such my abilities are limited to moderating posts.

delete old topics is the worst thing to do in a forum.

Yep referencing old topics is half the use of the forum, never delete topics unless there is a reason to hide poor information.

I say upgrade to the latest version blow away all the years of of old posts and keep lets say the 9 months to a years worth of posts. but that's just me

I could be remembering incorrectly but it feels as though it's only been a few years since the last upgrade so they may be reluctant. I believe some issues may stem from the fact that ASUS customized the software. So it's not as simple as just installing the latest version.
