Updating ME Warning about Bitlocker?

So i've just had this warning prompt when using the Asus ME update tool, is this really neccessary before i mess up my system? hows an average "joe" going to update their system with tricky instructions like this?80795

Are you using bitlocker? If you are, DO WHAT IT SAIS. The warning probably is there for a reason. If you're not using bitlocker, ignore it

I thought it was a warning that i had it enabled, however all done now the update process went fine.
