x99 strix gaming BIOS 1903 no overclock

I recently updated my Strix MOBO's BIOS to 1903 and noticed that I am not able to hit any of the OC I have set in the BIOS. It's always stuck at 3.6ghz
Windows version 1903. CPU is i7-6900k

any suggestions??
