G703GI Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows not available

Greetings!

I have tried to connect an Xbox controller to my G703GI and it didn't work. This laptop has a built-in Xbox Wireless Adapter which seems not to be recognized by the system. I doesn't appear to be installed in device manager. Shouldn't it be automatically brought up by the system since the laptop has all the drivers installed? How could I make it appear there and make my Xbox Controller work?

Thank you in advance!

use vJoy app - please note that if you update to win 10 1903 there's an issue with the driver signature ( read more in the app's forum ).

I already have Win 10 v1903 so I guess it won't work anyway. I wished not to use a third party software to use the controller... Thanks for the information anyway! Much appreaciated!
