First of all i'm french. So, im sorry if my english is not really good.

i tried to overclock my 7700K but i dont understand my uefi

i just know how to change manually vcore and ratio to increase my cpu clock speed.
i also tried auto overclocking but seems bad and high voltage for low gain.
i also also enabled xmp profile to increase my ram speed. (is xmp good)
i want to reach a 24/7 oc and maybe later try to benchmark and psuh my cpu up to its limits
