I've recently bought a Strix Z390-e and a Zotac RTX 2080 Amp! Extreme Core.
In BIOS settings I've set PCI_e Speed as Gen3, but still I see the GPU as 4x native both in Windows and in GPU-z. How can I set the bus width at 16x?

Here's my specs:
MoBo: Asus ROG Strix Z390-e
CPU: Intel Core i9 9900K
VGA: Zotac RTX2080 Amp! Extreme Core (in slot PCIEX16_1, I'm using a PCI-e riser that comes with the case, a Thermaltake Core P3)
SSD: Corsair MP510 480Gb (in M.2_1(SOCKET 3))
