Works with my ASROCK x570 phantom gaming 4, with no issues (but)

I noticed i had some weird system hang during gaming until I both, one disabled motherboard rear panel audio ports in UEFI/BIOS settings, and two went into Device Manager (just type that into windows search) and set AMD High Definition Audio Device (which is my STRIX 5700 XT GPU's onboard audio that it outputs through hdmi/dp to audio enabled monitors) to DISABLED (not remove device as it will re add itself every system restart if you try it that way). Basically it can be the only sound device available and then all the issues i was having with visual stuttering in gaming disappeared. I never had any issue with system reboots or anything of that kind though so YMMV. If you have an Nvidia Graphics card I would assume you just disable their version of the GPU's HD audio manager in the same way, but i cannot conform this as i do not have one to test.
