Yeah he is! I am looking into the UEFI Modding methods myself now. I used to Mod old School BIOSes back in the day, and once you figured it out, it wasn't that hard. UEFI's look to be a tad more touchy, but definitely doable. I can already bring back to life a Bricked board due to a borked UEFI Flash, turns out thats actually pretty easy once you have an EPROM Reader that can read your CMOS Chip. Even ones soldered to the board, you can get these little connectors that you can very carefully stick onto the CMOS' Pins, and then Read and Write to the EPROM with it still in the board. I have added this service to my Business here in Vegas and have now succesfully fixed over 2 Dozen boards in a little over a year, its always an awesome feeling. So now being able to add UEFI modding to that would be even more awesome.
Anyways, I have to 100 Percent agree, Mtrai is a fricking Boss, and an inspiration to myself, for being able to fix an issue quickly, giving Enthusiasts back the control over their own boards, and I love it!

It is a dodgy launch, but people care for working pc's over an obscure game or some linux kernels working (the linux kernel already has a workaround patch available)
300 and 400 board owners on 1.0.0.2 have had their existing ryzen 1 and 2k cpu's become unstable too, Asus are the only vendor that haven't got AB bios's available at this point and its only to chase a Gen 4 unicorn.
As for Robert Hallock, he reminds me of the Bulldozer marketting dude thats no longer with AMD.....Last edited by Squall Leonhart; 07-23-2019 at 07:37 AM.

You deserve it @TaijRai !
Still trying to wrap my head about how to go about modding these myself, would appreciate any pointers or links to research material you could give me. There is information overload out there, and I can sift through it all just haven't had much time yet, I know you don't have much time either, but if you had links to some crash course reading to get me started, that would be awesome! Obviously, your a busy man, so I will still sing your praises if you don't have time! I appreciate you regardless!

@Shamino
VTTDDR when left on [Auto] does not become 1/2 of VDIMM, another has also noted this. I noticed this today when I set it as [Auto], this was on UEFI 2501. I'm pretty sure UEFI 2406 would also exhibit this behaviour as they are so similar. I had not noted this usually set my own value manually.
Also I believe ASUS WMI is broken on UEFI 2501. I had no other apps accessing SIO except HWINFO open for last night's of HCI and PWM was lost on headers. Organise files by date in this ZIP. I did a RAM Test run from POST from shutdown, then on same POST, then on restart from OS, then HCI on restart from OS.Intel DefectorAMD Rebel

I gave up on 3900X since nowhere to be found, but I have a 3700X waiting for being picked up. A new bios right now would be very appropriate for me
