AMD stated on reddit that it's perfectly normal to have voltages up to 1.5v. What happens is that although the voltage is 'high' the power is so low it can't damage anything. I've seen my board go down to 0.8w and less when idling.

When you are in the UEFI there is a "load" on CPU. The UEFI is much more than Legacy BIOS. It is a mini OS. It's a misconception that idle in UEFI(BIOS) is same as OS.

Get yourself a wall power meter. I see upto ~120W sat in UEFI(BIOS), where as OS is ~70W.

I had to revert back to bios 2304. The latest one made my computer run like utter ****. Windows had micro-stuttering and just felt off and when multitasking Windows and programs would freeze for some seconds before showing me my program. Sometimes a program would lag for seveal seconds before locking my computer completely.
At character screen in WoW, all my characters would lag and when gaming, It always felt like I had loot-lag during gameplay.

Bios 2304 is making my system running perfectly. When Asus releases a new BIOS I'll wait and let people beta-test it first.

How did you flash it? Did you use USB BIOS Flashback?

Hey guys, this may not apply to you but..
I have the Crosshair VII x470 NON WiFi, and have had trouble with memory but I read somewhere that if you set default and reboot, then set memory voltages to 1.4 and reboot back into bios you can set XMP profile and it WORKS.. I guess with these bios the memory is stuck at 1.2 and causing the C5 error code. Anyway it worked!

I also used Rockfords solution by upping speed a bit at a time and that worked too.

I can't remember where I seen it but it worked for me. Just an FYI

did u compared performance. On Ryzen 3rd is not recommended undervolting. There are issues wirth lower performance in undervolting and not 100% stable all CCX units.
