the installation mode of the screen driver for the PG27UQ with Windows 10 1903 here https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1018735/ is not compatible.
You have to open the Device Manager -> click on Monitor -> Right-click on Generic Monitor, choose manual update and look for the download folder of the driver, select it and update. and then it's good
