Fps comparison between gl704gw and gl504gw

I recently bought a gl704gw (i7 7850h, rtx 2070, 16 gb ram single channel) and i noticed that the fps are not good at all.
for example watch dogs 2 on turbo mode runs at an avg of 30-40 fps, sometimes 50-60 on some easy-render zones.
the problem is that the guy in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmsHNg98RlU&t=180s) has the same pc has mine (but he has 16 gb 8x2 and 1tb of hdd compared to my laptop, otherwise the specs are the same) get an avg of 60 fps.
i don't know if the fault is the amount of banks of ram.
Can someone explain to me how to get more fps?

p.s. the temps are 95c, but i don't think it's thermal throttling.

If the GPU is running at 95c, you can bet that's your problem right there.
Install a monitoring software with an overlay preferably and check your temps and clocks while gaming.

yep, 95c, i changed to another laptop (same model gl704gw) and there's the same temperatures.

But why the guy in the video ha better results with a worse graphics card? The chassis of the laptop is the same, so the temperatures should also be the same.
