I recently did a fresh install of Windows, I reinstalled the keyboard hotkeys app from the Windows 10 app store. However when I login to Windows the hotkeys application does not start and has to launched and is then followed with two UAC windows appearing. Is there a way to get this to start with Windows and not make me click Yes on a UAC window?

I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
Version 1903 Build 18362.239
